マヌカハニーの季節になりました

風邪予防に手洗い、うがい。

喉のイガイガ対策には、マヌカハニーを入れた紅茶。

• Treating eye, ear, and sinus infections
• Treating gastrointestinal problems

But the evidence is limited on whether or not manuka honey is effective for these conditions.”

マヌカハニーの主な医療用途は、小さな傷口に塗る。

その他、
ガンの予防や治療
コレステロールの低下
全身性炎症？の低下
糖尿病の治療
目、耳、鼻の感染症の治療
胃腸障害の治療
などにも効くと言われていますが、効果があるかどうかははっきり証明されていない。


起こり得る副作用は
アレルギー反応
血糖値の上昇
化学療法薬との相互作用



口内炎にも効くようなので、口内炎ができたら試しに塗ってみます。
