ホワイトボードの描き方講座に参加。議論を「見える化」するファシリテーション・グラフィックについて学びました。

ひとつめのワークは太いマーカー（プロッキー）の使い方。最初に描いた文字は、講師のニックネーム「こたにん」（笑）
あれ、太いマーカー使うの苦手だったのに、もくもくといろんな文字を練習をしていると、結構うまく描けるので気分良くなってくる。
その後、グループメンバーで気づきをシェア。気づきはポストイットに書いて（太いマーカーで！）、それを貼り出しながらコメントを述べる。
もう一本ワークをやって、あっという間の90分。
アイスブレイクやワークの進め方など参考になることもいっぱい。
